Every year, more business, clubs and organization take cleanup action to protect our environment. This year we are encouraging participants in Cleanup Bangladesh to act locally to care for our sea. Cleanup Bangladesh needs support from all over Bangladesh to take action with us now and help to cleanup, proper waste disposal and safe recycle to protect our local environment and our local efforts will be recognized internationally as part of the global campaign.

Clean Up the World Weekend

In 2010,Clean Up the World Weekend is on September 17 - 19. This year we are encouraging participants in Clean Up the World to act locally to care for nature in the International Year of Biodiversity. Our 2010 tag line is: "Communities Caring for Nature".

Volunteers from different organization will be participating in this year’s Cleanup as part of International Cleanup Day activity in various location. It’s a great way for volunteers of all ages to learn about how to reduce the impact of waste and make a real difference in conserving environment.

A special SAFE team consists of doctors and first aiders will be formed to ensure the health, safety and medical emergency of all the participants.

We’re organizing a beach cleanup in support of Clean Up the World Weekend:

The main attractions of this event are following:

• Rubbish collection
• Separate recyclable rubbish
• Removing harmful debris
• Collect rubbish survey information
• Provide volunteers with a Clean Up the World Certificate of Recognition and more

Registration is free for individuals and for non-commercial organisations!
