In 2010,Clean Up the World Weekend is on September 17 - 19. This year we are encouraging participants in Clean Up the World to act locally to care for nature in the International Year of Biodiversity. Our 2010 tag line is: "Communities Caring for Nature".
Volunteers from different organization will be participating in this year’s Cleanup as part of International Cleanup Day activity in various location. It’s a great way for volunteers of all ages to learn about how to reduce the impact of waste and make a real difference in conserving environment.
A special SAFE team consists of doctors and first aiders will be formed to ensure the health, safety and medical emergency of all the participants.
We’re organizing a beach cleanup in support of Clean Up the World Weekend:
The main attractions of this event are following:
• Rubbish collection
• Separate recyclable rubbish
• Removing harmful debris
• Collect rubbish survey information
• Provide volunteers with a Clean Up the World Certificate of Recognition and more
Registration is free for individuals and for non-commercial organisations!
